Individual approach and commitment right from the start! Understanding your needs and the way your company works is the basis for determining how appropriate, tailor-made software should work to streamline your business. That is why it is so important that you provide us with as much information and material as you can when we discuss your needs and requirements. Together, we set the scope of the application in points. Then we present a detailed offer. But first, we can do a quick estimate (provide a price range) based on our initial conversation.

Specification, agreement
We sign a contract with the agreed scope of application in the attachment. You make a 30% advance payment. We start our work!

User interface design
The application must be ergonomic, attract the user's attention and graphically correspond to your brand. That is why we are happy to use your logo and colour suggestions. Our UI / UX designer will collect everything and create a modern, aesthetic and ergonomic UI design of the application for your approval. We remain open to your comments. We work until the design is approved by you.

Programming
Having the specification and UI design - we have a straightforward way to implement the application. We start programming work, which lasts a few months. Typically, a mobile app developer, web developer, and project manager are needed. We use proven technologies: PHP, Vue, Flutter, Kotlin and Swift. Internal technical documentation is created. After each important stage, we show you the state of work - the application.

Application tests
We test the application, all functionality, and control flow on various browsers and mobile devices that differ in screen size and other parameters. Then we provide you with the application for your tests.

Acceptance
After your tests and comments, our corrections, and then your acceptance of the application – we settle the remaining 70% of the amount for the application scope specified in the contract. We provide you with 100% of the intellectual property rights.

Installations and publishing
We install the web and administrative part of the application on your server. The Android mobile app is installed in the Google Play on your account (or your server for your employees' use). The iOS app is installed in the App Store on your account (or in Apple Business Manager for your employees' use). We provide you with the source codes of the application.

Guarantee of quality
We provide a 12-month guarantee for the correct operation of the application, fast and free bug fixing, and adaptation of the mobile apps to new Android and iOS platforms. We also offer modifications to the application, priced individually according to our current hourly rate.
