A sea containers transport management system made for BALTICON S.A. company.

It has streamlined the company's operations by 60 - 120%.

It consists of a web panel for dispatchers and a mobile app for truck tractor drivers.

In the dispatcher panel, managing drivers, trucks, trailers, transport orders, and routes is easy. So is assigning orders to drivers. The panel also features a cumulative map with the current positions of the drivers. The dispatcher can send SMS, push notifications to drivers and chat with them.

The trucker app works online and offline. The driver can see a list of transport orders assigned to him, with details. Reporting the current order status, delays, and problems is easy. The current location of the mobile device is sent periodically.

We have created and implemented custom transport management software for handling transport at Balticon S.A., consisting of:

The results

  • 200 transport orders are handled by Balticon S.A. during the day – a 120% increase!
  • 34 transport orders are handled by one dispatcher at a time – a 63% increase.
  • Assigning orders to drivers, confirmations and any changes take only 0.5 hours a day – an 84% decrease.
  • Driver's waybills are printed by them at any time, as early as 3:30 p.m. .
  • In the web panel on the map, a dispatcher can see the drivers' positions, the route travelled by each one, and their reliability (the system counts the score of each driver!)
