Most customers do not care whether they talk to a human or an AI, as long as their problem is solved quickly. The assistant uses a natural, human-like voice and normal sentences, not “press 1, press 2” menus. It listens, understands what the customer needs, and either books, cancels, or reschedules a visit; answers a question; or transfers the call to your service advisor when needed.

No. You keep your current phone number, the one already known to your customers. We set up a new internal phone number for you and you redirect only missed or rejected calls to this number. On this new number, the AI assistant operates. You can cancel or change the call forwarding at any time.

The assistant is designed to handle typical, repetitive calls: booking, rescheduling, cancellations, basic price and service questions, and “When will my car be ready?” For more complex or unusual cases, it can transfer the call to a human and briefly explain what the customer is calling about. You decide which topics should always go to a person. However, the assistant will be trained on the knowledge base on your websites so it can answer your customers’ questions based on it.

The cost depends mainly on the agreed scope and your call volume. There is a one-off setup fee for preparing a custom assistant for your workshop and the 1-2 month support, and a monthly subscription based on expected minutes per month. For most small and medium workshops, the monthly cost is roughly a fraction of a receptionist’s salary, but the assistant can work 24/7 and handle many calls in parallel. During our first call, we give you a clear estimate for your situation.

A first working version is usually ready in one to four weeks. This includes understanding how you work, preparing the agent, configuring phone routing, and doing initial tests. The exact time depends on how complex your services and existing systems are and how quickly we receive the necessary information from you.

The assistant is trained to ask follow-up questions, repeat or confirm information instead of guessing. If it still cannot handle the situation, it can offer to transfer the call to a human. We also regularly review real call recordings, especially in the first weeks, and use them to improve the agent so that the same problem does not repeat.

In addition to the AI assistant, we can agree on a simple backup scenario on the phone level, for example redirecting calls to your standard number or to voicemail when the assistant is unavailable. The exact setup depends on your current phone system and provider and is discussed during the implementation phase.

You stay in control. You can end the agreement at any time with one month’s notice. Your phone number continues to work as before, and you can go back to handling calls fully on your side. There are no long-term contracts that lock you in for years.
