Customization. Each application is created individually according to the needs of the Client, the devices with which the application is to communicate, and the data to be exchanged with them.
Convenience. Thanks to the service solution that uses a direct connection to external devices: sensors, meters, controllers - there is no need for a field worker who collects and enters this data into the system. In the case of home devices - the system sets the required state of external devices without human intervention.
Speed. Of course, a direct connection to external devices is faster than sending a human to collect data or manually setting the required state of devices.
Reliable control. All collected data is presented in a convenient administration panel. Also, all parameters that need to be entered into external devices are entered in the panel.
Ability to increase the number of supported devices and clients with less effort. Thanks to automation, the administrator knows exactly what the status of individual devices is and what actions should be performed when working with a specific device.
