A field services management application: an administration panel and a mobile app for service technicians.

The app receives push notifications about a new service order being assigned to this service technician. Then he can accept or reject this order. In the service order, he can enter a comment, take photos, enter material cost and time spent on the order. He can also create a new order himself.
