Field service management software
Field service management software developed for the German company Batchpur GmbH, which services home sewage treatment plants.
Creating service orders and assigning service technicians to them is easy. All you have to do is select a customer on the map, choose a service technician and a time of the service.
GPS positions of service technicians are gathered and displayed on another map.
The data managed in the panel include also: office workers, service technicians, customers, their sewage treatment plants, service orders, service reports, invoices.
In the service technician app, many parameters are entered for service orders. Photos are taken. Handwritten signatures (of the client and the technician) are collected. The app receives push notifications. The app works offline too!
