Near miss reporting software
Custom near miss reporting software developed for Sanden Manufacturing Poland Sp. z o.o.
The web application consists of the following elements:
- the admin panel for managing all data and near-miss reports,
- the area owner panel for managing near miss reports from the area,
- the user panel for entering near miss reports.
Each corresponding to one of the 3 user roles.
Each panel is responsive and displays well on computers, tablets and mobile phones.

The admin panel
- Dashboard - bar charts:
- Types of patrols in specific areas,
- Identified non-conformities,
- Report statuses,
- Risks associated with reports.
The charts can be filtered by various attributes. The whole dashboard can be exported to PDF, for printing.
- Definitions of master data: patrol types, report categories, report types, factory areas, area owners, machines, risks, report statuses.
- Near miss reports. Each report consists of: date, time, person, category, risk, type, area, photos, description, status, comments, actions.
- Exporting the list of reports to an Excel sheet.
- Automatic sending e-mails to the area owners, about open reports, in bulk.
- Settings.
Each of the panel content items is: a separate menu option, a list of objects filtered and sorted by each column, a preview screen, and an edit screen for adding or editing an object.
