- This Privacy Policy applies to the Website at https://yarmobile.com, here in after referred to as the Website.
- The administrator of your personal data is YarMobile Jarosław Pietras with its registered office at ul. Jerzego Bajana 3c / 7 in Gdańsk 80-463, with the e-mail address:contact@yarmobile.com, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
- The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 let. f) Regulation (EU)2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
- The data entered by you in the contact form of the Website are only used to send an e-mail inquiry to the Administrator’s mailbox in order to obtain an answer. All that is required is your email address (it does not have to contain data identifying a person). Providing other data is voluntary. These data are stored until you request their removal. Access to this data, in addition to the administrator, may have the provider of hosting services on which the Website is based, nazwa.pl sp. z o. o. You can submit a request to delete this data from the Administrator’s e-mail server and mailbox by contacting him at the e-mail or postal address listed in point 2 of this Privacy Policy.
- The website uses cookies for anonymous statistics from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, including advertising, remarketing, demographic and interest reports. The administrator of these systems is Google LLC based in the USA. The Website also uses HotJar. The purpose of their use by the Website is to enable monitoring of Website visits, ensuring its proper operation and marketing activities of the Administrator. By browsing the Website, you agree to the use of cookies and saving them in the memory of your device. You can block or delete cookies in your web browser settings (how to do it – see the manual attached to it).
- By default, the server on which the Website is based collects a log of all visits to the Website, with the IP addresses of the visitors’ devices. However, these are not data identifying the person visiting the Website.
