How do we co-work?
- Remotely (we form a distributed team).
- On a B2B basis or a contract for specific work.
- We use Slack, Trello, Google Docs, e-mail, Google Meet.
- You evaluate the time needed for an application development based on the scope received, we sign a contract.
- Programming hours are loose, but there should be a minimum of 4 hours per day, or 30 hours per week (including weekend).
- We do regular code commits to the GIT repository and report the progress of work on Trello or Slack on a daily basis.
- There is a fast flow of information (it is important that the contact is kept up to date).
- We develop mobile and web applications (backend, frontend).
- Recruiting is simple: commitment and willingness to learn and contribute are more important than experience.
- Various technical nuances can be learned; we help each other; we are all learning.
- I always pay quickly after accepting the work!
- Reliability, determination and good self-organization are the key.
